Extension Note 2: Northern Flying Squirrels...
This study is part of FSP Project Y062053, which aim is to model potential ecological consequences, through time, of the interaction of natural disturbance and logging. This extension note, prepared in 2006, reports on progress after the mountain pine beetle outbreak, by looking at two tree squirrels: the northern flying squirrel (Glaucomys sabrinus) and the red squirrel (Tamiasciuris hudsonicus).
