Marketing and Communications Plan: 2004 - 2005

This is a marketing plan for the Bulkley Valley Centre for Natural Resources Research and Management (now the BVRC) proposed in 2004. The goal of this marketing plan was to clarify the niche, core services, unique qualities and assets of of the BVRC outlined in this document.
